Just been advised, the #Dieppe/Harrisville Blvd overpass at Hwy 15 is open to through traffic only. (Cannot use circle to get to exit ramps) Both ramps exiting the Blvd onto the Hwy are open but ramps from Hwy to Blvd are closed.

The City says that Elmwood Drive, between St. Clair Street and Castleton Road, will be reduced to one lane from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., weather permitting.
