A crash between a motorcycle and a car in Dieppe sent one person to hospital with serious injuries yesterday. The motorcycle collided with an oncoming car on Amirault Street, near the Chartersville Marsh just after 5pm yesterday. The road was closed to traffic for about an hour and a half…

A New Brunswick criminal lawyer says people previously convicted of marijuana possession should be pardoned once pot becomes legal. David Lutz, a former drug prosecutor for the province told the CBC, anyone ever charged with possession under existing or old laws, should not have to carry the criminal record. He also referenced Kenny Rogers Don’t Take Your Love to Town by warning people “Folks, don’t take your marijuana in your cars,” when pot becomes legal in October.
