Codiac RCMP are looking for a missing 14-year-old Moncton girl. Serena Bourque was last seen in the morning of April 11th, at a residence on High Street in Moncton. She is described as approximately 5’6″ tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her left hand and a nose piercing. She was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a grey shirt and a blue knee-length Adidas jacket. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400. Mike Holland will be running for the Progressive Conservatives in Albert this September. Holland, known to a lot of people around here as “The Resourceful Redneck”, defeated incumbent MLA Brian Kierstead in a nominating convention held this weekend in Hillsborough. More than 300 people, including Tory Leader Blaine Higgs, were on hand at the Kiwanis Community Centre for the convention.
Riverview Minor Hockey invites the community to sign a book of condolences that will be sent to Humboldt, SK. The book will be in the Town Hall lobby on Tues, April 17, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and moved to the RHS auditorium that evening from 6-9 p.m. #HumboldtStrong

The following adjustments will go into effect April 15/18
50 Red Line:
• This bus will arrive and depart from the north side of Plaza. Routing as follows: CF Champlain, Paul, Lewisville, Wheeler, Mapleton, Plaza, North Plaza, Plaza, Mountain, Wheeler, Traffic Circle, Paul, and CF Champlain.
• The departure time from North Plaza on the first trip only, Monday to Saturday, will change from 6:45am to 6:40am, arriving at the Casino at 6:45am.
• The mid-day trip starting from 1111 Main at 11:15am will arrive at the Moncton Hospital at 11:32am instead of 11:30am. The 11:55am mid-day trip starting from 1111 Main will arrive at the Moncton Hospital at 12:12pm instead of 12:10pm.
• This bus will now arrive and depart from South Plaza. Routing as follows: South Plaza, Plaza, Mapleton, Trans-Canada Highway, Gorge, King’s Bridge, Château, Gorge, Mountain, Evergreen, Glencairn, Lonsdale, Mountain, Plaza, and South Plaza.

The Atlantic Wellness Community Centre is opening a free youth mental health clinic beginning today. The clinic will operate at the centre at 225 Lutz Street in Moncton and will be in operation Monday’s between 4-8 pm for youth ages 12-21. You’ll be able to call 382-9804 beginning Mondays at 3pm to book an appointment.

The Atlantic Attack are National Ringette Champions! The Attack, which has a lot of players from around here, beat Edmonton 5-3 for the gold medal at the Canadian Championships in Winnipeg over the weekend. Martine Caissie led all tournament players in goals and assists and was named top forward of the year at the league awards on Saturday night, Moncton’s Britney Snowdon was named rookie of the year.
One of the tightest games of the year- Riptide force a fifth with a one-point victory over Magic. 80-81 goes to Saint John, and takes us back to Moncton.
