A man is in the hospital with severe burns to his his chest and arms after a fire in a production machine at Fancy Pokket wholesale bakery. The fire, at the factory on St. George in the Moncton Industrial Park last evening, also sent 2 other people to hospital with smoke inhalation. Platoon chief Rob Brine of the Moncton Fire Department told CBC that crews were called to a commercial alarm at Fancy Pokket Corporation, on St. George Boulevard, shortly after 6 p.m.
